The Zegrzyński Reservoir is a reservoir that was created after the Narew riverbed was separated with a dam in Dębe in 1963. The area of the reservoir is 3030 ha. Lake Zegrzynskie is beautifully situated surrounded by pine forests. The average depth of the reservoir is from 2 m to 10 m, which gives us great conditions for fishing.
Many interesting places have been created by many years of gravel extraction, where deep pits have been created. Such places provide a great refuge for large catfish, and large zander lurk on hard slopes. The edges of the channel and the nearby irregularities of the bottom abound in perches and pikes. Pikes are often found in the main channel and are of a more impressive size. The Zegrzyński Reservoir gives us great opportunities for all-day and night fishing. It gives us a chance for a great predator and an unforgettable adventure.

Availability of the fishery
Access to the best fisheries is provided by a boat with a combustion engine. Fishing from the shore is relatively difficult and not optimal. Good places to catch predators are only in specific places that our guide knows very well.
Recommended fishing methods
The basic method of catching predatory fish is, of course, spinning or casting with the use of artificial lures. We also fly fly fishing from the boat. We fish from a boat with vertical methods and techniques with the use of a clonk.
Limits and Restrictions
On our expeditions to Zalew Zegrzyński, we prefer the catch and release method. After hauling in the fish, we take photos and gently release the fish back into the water. Thanks to such practices, we can even catch the same fish several times. From the fishery you can take 1 pike or zander per person in the size of 50-70 cm per day. All remaining pike and zander are released back into the water.
Accommodation and fishing service
The vessels on which we take our guests are mainly 4.5-5.5 m laminate boats with 20-30 HP combustion engines. The guide’s boat is equipped with a professional echo sounder. It is comfortable and safe on our units.
Of course, we provide accommodation for our clients. Accommodation depending on your preferences – from private accommodation, through guesthouses and hotels, to SPA hotels.
Location of the fishery
Expeditions start in different places (usually in Zegrze). The choice of the starting point is up to the guide. The starting point of the expedition depends on many factors, such as weather, time of year, predators’ feeding intensity and others.

Fishing guide: professional guide included throughout the trip. The best specialist on Zegrzynski Lake – Robert Jernaś (zander specialization) and Marcin Fabisiak (catfish specialization).

– 608 PLN per person for 1 day of fishing.
– 816 PLN for two people for 1 day of fishing.

The price has been calculated based on the above assumptions and in some cases the price may change as it depends on many factors, such as the number of participants, the availability of specific types of boats, etc. Our Customer Service Department will provide you with more information on request.
